Ryan Toncheff, Partner, LORIQ Technologies, LLC

Ryan Toncheff is a Partner at LORIQ Technologies, LLC and a Partner at Perrin & Co., LLC, where he advises privately held middle-market companies on capital structure, commercial credit, liquidity, and lender relationships. He spent more than 20 years in commercial and corporate banking, primarily in institutional credit and treasury, and later served as Chief Financial Officer of a privately held, multi-entity enterprise. He is the author of Commercial Credit Intelligence: Managing Debt, Covenants, Liquidity, and Lender Relationships.
