• Service Disruption: Interfering with the operation of our services, including excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorized security testing.
• Abuse & Fraud: Harassment, fraud, impersonation, or transmitting deceptive content.
• Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing security controls.
• Infringing Content: Uploading or sharing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Unauthorized Data: Uploading confidential or restricted data without the authority to do so.

3. AI Features & Misuse

When utilizing our intelligence-powered features, you must not:

• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the AI safety filters and restrictions.
• Use AI outputs to automate decisions that significantly affect individuals' legal or financial rights without human review.
• Submit prompts containing highly sensitive personal data not necessary for the business function of the application.

4. Enforcement Ladder

We reserve the right to investigate potential violations of this policy. If we identify a violation, we may take action according to the following enforcement ladder, at our sole discretion based on the severity of the offense:

• Warning: Notification of the violation and a request to correct the behavior.
• Limitation: Temporary restriction of specific features or API access.
• Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access until the issue is resolved.
• Termination: Permanent termination of the account and service agreements.

We also reserve the right to report severe violations, such as illegal activities or threats to security, to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
